Training
Meaning
Every Organization need human resources in their Organization to carry out it's activities in order to achieve the goal. The human who have got appointed must be physically or mentally able to work. If they are not able to work then efficient training should be provided to them. So then they will be able to perform their obligation properly.
Training is an organized procedure for increasing the knowledge and skills of people for a specific purpose. Training make able or perfect a person in doing a particular work or field. The person who provide training is called 'trainer' and the person to whom training is being providing is called trainee.

Objectives of training
- The basic objective of training program is to develop capabilities and capacity to do something among the trainee.
- Training aim to help existing employees in improving their level of performance on their presents assignment.
- The aim of training is not only to provide new knowledge and skill to the employees but also creating an awareness or self conscious to recognize their responsibilities.
- Sometimes it is not possible for management to fill specialized or important position, training helps the management to fill this position by improving the knowledge and skills of the person and by making capable the existing employees to fill the position.
- The main objective of training program is to bring about efficiency and effectiveness in an organization, so that the Organizations may remain competitive in highly competitive market situations and for achievement of Organizational goals.
- Training plays a significant role in dynamic companies which are more often on the run for their survival, to bring about technological changes like automation etc.
