The success of any Organization is largely depends upon the workers and the human being working in the organisation to carry out the activities of the Organizations. The people and human being are considered as an important resources for the Organizations. Human beings are considered as a important resources like all other resources Land and capital. But these resources are most important than other for the appropriate accomplishment of organisational objectives.


Human resources management is concerned with the management of human being in the Organizations. It deals with the procurement of  suitable human being for the job. Development of people for the improvement of the knowledge, skills and abilities of the workers and employee to accomplish the organisational objectives effectively. It is not only the knowledge and the skill but also the attitude and aspirations of peoples. When individual comes to the workplace they come with not only technical skills , knowledge, experience but also with there personal feelings, perception, desires, attitude etc. So Human Resources Management means Management of various Aspects of Human Resources.
